Gwangseongbo Fortress

Gwangseongbo is a historic fortress built to defend Korea’s western coast during the Joseon Dynasty. The site played an important role during foreign invasions in the 19th century and remains a symbol of Korea’s resistance.

Jeondeung Temple

Jeondeung Temple is one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Korea and dates back more than a thousand years. Located on Samnangseong Fortress, the temple offers both historical significance and beautiful natural surroundings.

Ganghwa Dolmen Site
